We need to be taking advantage of the time we have to achieve our dreams and goals. The answers always lie in the heart but it often takes time and requires guidance to draw out these answers and bring them to fruition.

In this program, we will discuss your life - past present and future, and holistically assess it to deduce major themes and identify your dreams goals, then we will work to create mindsets and structures that will lead you to success, happiness, and embodiment.

First, you will be given exercises to help you understand and rectify any faults in your personality that are holding you back. Then, you will be given exercises to understand, develop and embody your natural gifts and talents. Last, you will be given rubrics to envision a meaningful, healthy and productive future, three to five years down the road, and to develop a detailed, implementable plan to make that future a reality.
